I MADE BREAD FROM SCRATCH!!

Please don't panic...I don't know what got into me. I made homemade bread...from scratch!! I made 3 loafs of bread today. The first was not the best, so I made another batch immediately. It made the house smell good and it tasted great. I just wanted it to be a bit lighter. The second tured out PERFECTLY! I could hardly believe it. I did try a slightly different recipe, and am over the moon with the results. The third loaf is rising right now. Here are some pics...please just indulge me. :0 ) The first three are of the second attempt. LOVED THEM!!! I was able to get ALL of the kids to eat ALL of their salad because they were not allowed to have bread otherwise LOL !!!!!

First Fish...

Cesar took Mitch and Lucca fishing today. Only one fish was caught...Lucca's first fish!! On his new spiderman pole... I believe it was only 3 or 4 inches...he he he Lucca reeled it in with only a little help from his big bro Mitch... Cesar was messing around with his pole when Lucca kept saying "Fishy, fishy, fishy..." on and on he went. Mitch finally went over, Lucca was reeling in something... Finally they saw it! Cesar still didn't believe it until he looked over and what did he see? This beautiful smiling face with an ity bity fish in his hands!!!

Happy Anniversary Grandma and Grampa!!! We love you so much....we wish we could spend this weekend with you celebrating!!!

Mitch has now passed his driving test!!!!! I can't believe it.... Mitch also had his first job interview today at American Eagle. They said they will make phone calls on Monday to tell everyone their decision. Here's hoping he gets the job!!!!

Tomorrow will be a funfilled evening with ALL of my nieces..... making cupcakes, doing hair, watching movies...then off to the zoo!

Lucca is recovering and doing well. The first couple of days were pretty hard, but everyday gets a little bit better. The doctor said "his adnoids were just as impressive as his tonsils."
