She arrived at 5 06pm on December 26, 2008 and she is beautiful! It's been hectic to say the least, but worth all of it. Today was really the first day we were able to be at home with her with just us and the kiddos. It was really nice. Cesar took the kids outside to get some fresh air. Mitch and Cesar played ball for a bit while Lucca played in some mud. Gracie fluttered around playing with everyone, and Danny was rocking out to some music on his new MP3 player. Bella and I were in bed getting some much needed rest. We then made cup cakes with Gracies new cupcake maker. I do believe she will be the next food network star....... We made Gracies first cupcake delivery to Aunt Michele in the evening to say thank you for loading Gracies MP3 player with all GIRL music!! Boy is she excited, and sing and dancing like crazy! Bella and I have been trying to take it easy. Just staying in bed for long naps and trying to give all the kids a bit of attention in between. Mitch went to the 14ers game with grandma tonight. He needed the break from all the chaos as much as anyone. So here are a couple of pics for now. I could have loaded the entire page! I just put a couple of pics of Bella and one of Gracie and the cupcakes for now. Love you all and hope you all have a great New Year!!!!!

Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all are having a beautiful day with your friends and families!
We had so much fun at Mom's last night for our annual Christmas Eve get together. Although we were taught a new game called "Spoons" and boy was it nuts! I though Megs was going to lose her hand during one of the spoon grabbings! We were all so on edge that there was premature spoon grabbing, cards flying, and best of all......lots and lots of laughter! We were blessed with family, food, and fun for our Christmas Eve.
Today we are getting ready for our big trip to the hospital tomorrow. I know I'm getting antsy trying to get some last minute things together, and Cesar is using his nerves to clean the cars. We're going to try to just relax for the evening and try our best to get some sleep tonight. I'll be posting pictures as soon as I can. Watch Michele's page, she might get to it before I do.
I'm posting a few different pics of the kids, because we couldn't seem to get them all together at the same time.
Love you all! I am sending you my most happy thoughts and wishes!

The Final Count Down
It's here. The final count down...... 4 days and counting! Our little Bella Rose will be here on Friday, probably afternoon. My guess is between 330 and 530. Just depends on how quickly they get the IV's going. It will be a busy delivery room. Cesar will be there holding my hand. Mom will be there of course. It's been so special and meant so much to me that she was there for the birth of all of my children. Michele and Alison both called within a few days of eachother and said, "I was there for the first, I think I would like to be there for the last." So hopefully they'll both be in there as well. Michele's the designated photog. :) This will be quite the event.
Mitchell's concert was great! Sold out all three nights! I could hardly believe it when Mitch told me to buy tickets on the first day of sales because they sell out so quickly. Boy he wasn't kidding. These concerts really do sell out within just a couple of days of going on sale. He had a duet with another young man and was wonderful.
Lucca is now walking all the time. I love watching him take those wobbly steps all day. The poor Christmas tree is taking a bit of a beating because of him though.
Danny is just moving right along. Not much to report 0n just now. He's really just a great kid and although he had a few rough spots at the begining of the school year, he's really come through shining and doing great!
Gracie is is also doing well. We're working on reading and writing alot right now. Definately trying to keep our excitment for the girls to arrive contained!
I am now waiting for Alison and the girls to get home. I'm so excited that they will be here and get to be a part of Christmas with us! The kids are just over the moon about it!

A little about our family
Hello everybody!
Well, here we go! I'm going to be a blogger. I should start with telling you all a little about our family.
Mitch is the oldest of, soon to be, five children. He's a freshman in high school and this was his first year playing football. He did GREAT! He's doing well in school and is getting ready for the holiday concert. He has a solo!
Danny is next. He is smart and funny and just got a great report card! I believe he's going to be the artist in the family as I'm constantly amazed by his art work and the stories he writes.
We cannot forget the amazing Grace! What a handful she is. This is her first year in school and although we have had a bit of a rough start, she's doing great. She is absolutely a tomboy princess that loves anything PINK. She just lost another tooth and now has the big gaping smile that could melt your heart.
Lucca is a bundle of energy that cannot be contained by crawling! He just started taking long walks across the room or from the couch to the TV. It's so very cute. He also just got a hair cut and suddenly looks so big! I can't believe he's already one.
And last but not least, Bella Rose will be here in just a couple of weeks. She's very active and things are moving right along. We're really looking forward to finally meeting our little angel.
Cesar is my loving husband. He is in the middle of his second year electrical apprenticeship and has a great job. He's a great father and a great partner. He's had alot of adjusting to do since his move to the US from Peru. In just a couple of years he went from single to married with a house, mini van, 5 kids, 2 dogs, and a large extended family!
Then there's me. I am definately looking forward to meeting my new daughter and being able to get back to some kind of normal physical life. Playing with the kids, going sledding with the family and walking normal as well. Lets not forget sleeping! I can't wait to lay on my right side again. I wish I could talk about something slightly more interesting although that's the one big thing on my mind right now. Almost to the finish line!! I think that's more than enough for now. I send you all my most happy thoughts!
